1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of Cyber Essentials assessment services, refunds are not typically offered once the service has commenced. This includes instances where:
- Pre-assessment consultation or scoping has been initiated.
- Access to our assessment platform, resources, or documentation has been granted.
- The assessment process has begun.
1.2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- If you have been charged in error.
- If the service was not delivered as agreed due to fault on our part.
To request a refund in these cases, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
We do not issue refunds for:
- Completed Cyber Essentials assessments, regardless of the outcome.
- Services rendered based on customer-provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Voluntary withdrawal from the assessment process after commencement.

If you cancel your assessment before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the preparatory work already completed.
4.2. After Commencement
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service has commenced.
5. Amendments to This Policy
Ruptura InfoSecurity Limited reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
